Outdoor Access Audit for Lochaber

Can LMAG members in Lochaber or visitors contact Dave Wilson if they or any of their guests have had any problems with gaining access to the outdoors (hills and water) in Lochaber? Problems could mean encountering a sign that restricts access in any way, impassable fencing, wild camping restrictions or any situation where people felt there enjoyment of the outdoors or understanding of their access rights, was hindered or threatened.

Dave has produced a poster and needs to get out 500 copies asking the public for the same information/experiences. Any LMAG member who is prepared to help get these posters widely distributed please contact him as shown below.

Dave is undertaking this access audit for Lochaber Mountain Access Group and will feed the findings back to the Highland Council, Lochaber Access Forum in an attempt to improve the quality of access by promoting good practice in Lochaber.

We need good feed back information so we can keep the pressure on the statutory Access Forum to actually do something!
